On-line registration is available through this webpage for CASQA’s 2009 Conference at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa on November 2, 3, and 4, 2009. You may register online by credit card (VISA or Master Card; NOT American Express). Online registration closes 3:00 PM PDT Friday, October 30.
General Registration
Includes options for Full Conference (Monday–Wednesday), One-day (Tuesday OR Wednesday), Two-day (Tuesday AND Wednesday), or Pre-conference workshop (Monday ONLY) registration. The Full conference registration includes attendance at one of the pre-conference workshops. To receive the CASQA member / regulator registration discount, CASQA members and regulators should choose the answer: "YES!" when prompted by the question: "Are you a CASQA Member?" during the registration process. If you are not sure whether you or your organization is a CASQA member, please contact CASQA before registering.
Speaker Registration
Is reserved for those selected by CASQA to provide presentations on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and receive the speaker registration discount. The Call of Papers is scheduled to be released in March. Selected Speakers and alternates will be notified in June. However, speakers chosen as alternates may choose to wait to register until the conference program is finalized in mid-August.
Mail-in registration form is available for attendees for whom the online registration (VISA, MasterCard) is not workable or preferred. Mail-in Forms and payment must be received by Saturday, October 24, 2009.
At-the-door - By check or cash only; no credit cards.
Webcasts Registrations
For the conference workshops are also tentatively scheduled for Workshop II - Municipal Stormwater 101, and Workshop III - Construction Permit and CASQA Construction BMP Handbook Update. The cost for personal computer webcast is $165/each for members, and $230/each for non-members. The cost for a small group broadcast (3 or less) is $405/each for members, and $555/each for non-members. Groups of unlimited amounts may purchase a webcast broadcast for $655/each for members, and $955/each for non-members. Purchase of a webcast license provides access to all live webcast feeds. The website hosting the feeds will allow licensed users to select (and switch between) feeds.

Substitution of attendee is allowed without charge through day of attendance. Cancellation up to 3:00 PM PDT Friday, October 30th, is allowed, however, an administrative charge of 25% of fees paid will be assessed.

Are reserved for exhibitors who would like to bring more than one person to the exhibitor hall. For those extra attendees not attending the conference there is a $75 per day charge each day for food.
