CASQA Conference Program and CASQA Registration Brochure
** CASQA will provide AICP Certification Maintenance (CM) credits for AICP members at this year's Annual Conference. One CM credit will be provided for each contact hour of the conference, including the four pre-conference Workshops and the webcasts of the four pre-conference Workshops. CASQA also will provide CWEA CEU credits, CISEC CDHs and CPESC, CPSWQ, and CESSWI PDUs for each hour of the Conference, the four pre-conference Workshops, and the webcasts of the four pre-conference Workshops. **
On-line registration is available through this webpage for CASQA’s 2010 Conference at the Westin Mission Hills on November 1, 2, and 3, 2010. You may register online by credit card (VISA or Master Card; NOT American Express). Online registration to attend the conference closes 5:00 PM PDT Friday, October 29. Online registration for the webcast closes 5:00 PM PDT Wednesday, October 27.
General Registration
Includes options for Full Conference (Monday–Wednesday), One-day (Tuesday OR Wednesday), Two-day (Tuesday AND Wednesday), or Pre-conference workshop (Monday ONLY) registration. The Full conference registration includes attendance at one of the pre-conference workshops. To receive the CASQA member / regulator registration discount, CASQA members and regulators should choose the answer: "YES!" when prompted by the question: "Are you a CASQA Member?" during the registration process. If you are not sure whether you or your organization is a CASQA member, please contact CASQA before registering.
Speaker Registration
Monday Speakers
Speaker reservation is reserved for those invited by CASQA to provide presentations on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and receive the speaker registration discount. The Call of Papers is scheduled to be released in March. Selected Speakers and alternates will be notified in June. However, speakers chosen as alternates may choose to wait to register until the conference program is finalized in mid-August.
Tuesday/Wednesday Speakers
Speaker registration is reserved for those speakers that submitted abstracts and were selected by CASQA to provide presentations on Tuesday or Wednesday. The Call of Papers is scheduled to be released in April. Selected Speakers and alternates will be notified in June. However, speakers chosen as alternates may choose to wait to register until the conference program is finalized in mid-August. Only one (1) Speaker will be provided discount registration per presentation.
Mail-in registration
For attendees for whom the online registration (VISA, MasterCard) is not workable or preferred, a Mail-in Registration is available. Click here to view and download the form. PLEASE NOTE: THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR ATTENDEES, SPEAKERS, and WEBCAST REGISTRATIONS.

Refund Policy (General, Speaker, and Webcast registrations only; not Exhbitor Registrations)
Substitution of attendee is allowed without charge through day of attendance. Cancellation up to 3:00 PM PDT Friday, October 29th, is allowed, however, an administrative charge of 25% of fees paid will be assessed.

Additional Exhibitor Lunches
Additional exhibitor lunches are reserved for exhibitors who would like to bring more than one person to the exhibitor hall. For those extra attendees who will be running the booth and not attending the conference there is a $150 charge to cover the costs of food.

Webcasts Registrations
All three Workshops will be available via Webcast. Purchase of a webcast license provides access to all live webcast feeds and licensed users may switch between webcast feeds at their discretion. The cost for an Individual Webcast license (1 person/1 computer connection) is $165/each for members, and $230/each for non-members. The cost for a Small Group Webcast site license (3 people or less viewing from 1 computer connection) is $405/each for members, and $555/each for non-members. Groups of unlimited amounts may purchase an Unlimited Group Webcast site license (4 people or more viewing from 1 computer connection) for $655/each for members, and $955/each for non-members. Small and Unlimited Group webcasts licenses authorize multiple individuals to view the webcasts from a single viewing location (e.g. within a single office building). Online pre-registration closes 5:00 PM Pacific Time October 27, 2009.
SPECIAL BENEFIT TO GROUP WEBCAST PURCHASERS: If you purchase a Small Group Webcast or Unlimited Group Webcast, as a complimentary benefit, you will receive an extended two-day webcast. The second day will consist of one of the Tuesday conference tracks (to be determined in advance by CASQA). The specific track will be identified once the speakers for the conference program have been finalized (expected early August).
