The CASQA 2010 Conference will again offer a full program of training workshops, presentations, and exhibits for holders of municipal, industrial, and construction NPDES stormwater permits.

Since 1989, the California Stormwater Quality Association™ (CASQA) has assisted the State of California, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, municipalities, special districts, and businesses in developing and implementing effective stormwater quality management programs in California. CASQA is a leader in helping California comply with the municipal, construction, and industrial National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater mandates of the federal Clean Water Act and the state Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act.
CASQA held its first conference in 2005 in Ontario with feedback showing that the conference was highly successful. Since then, CASQA has had four additional conferences in Sacramento, Costa Mesa, Oakland, and San Diego. The San Diego Conference went head to head with the heart of th erecession and still drew over 500 participants, essentially tying our previous record. The location and dates of CASQA's 6th Annual Conference have been set - November 1-3, 2010 at the Westin Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage.
